Bulychev Leaves Gruissem Crippled

We stumbled upon the action with the board reading 
and four 25,000 chips in front of Ilya Bulychev for a bet of 100,000. The only opponent left in the hand was Philipp Gruissem who thought about it for a minute or two before making the call.
Bulychev showed 
for a full house and Gruissem mucked. The latter's stack wasn't big before, but the loss made it even smaller leaving him with just five big blinds.
