Tony G Winning Another Pot

Tony G raised to 6,000 in first position, Anton Allemann called on the button before Philipp Gruissem three-bet to 24,000 in the small blind. Neither player were frightened by the raise and three people saw the flop and turn which were both checked through - {A-Spades} {9-Hearts} {8-Spades} {9-Clubs}. The only action of the hand came on the river {7-Diamonds}. The action checked to Allemann who bet 36,000, Gruissem folded but Tony G called.

"I think you've got it," laughed Alleman as he turned over the lowly looking {4-Clubs} {2-Clubs}.

Tony G turned over {J-Spades} {J-Hearts} to win the pot.

"Would you have called if I had called?" Asked Gruissem and Tony G shook his head indicating that he wouldn't have called.
