Negreanu Takes Charge

Daniel Negreanu has taken charge of the early heads up action. After Igor Kurganov had won three of the first five hands played, Daniel Negreanu came over the top of Kugranov with a three bet and Kurganov folded.
The Kurganov raised to 100,000 on the button and Negreanu three-bet to 305,000 once more. This time Kurganov made the call and we went to a flop of 
wherewith players checked.
The turn card was the 
and Negreanu bet 370,000 and Kurganov folded.
Then Negreanu took the next five hands including three consecutive, and uncontested, three-bets after Kurganov had come into the pot with a raise.
