The Welshman is On the Move
The table hosting former EPT and WPT winner Roberto Romanello has been broken and the mercurial Welshman has been moved to table one, joining the likes of Maksim Kolosov, Mathew Frankland and Fernando Brito. We caught up with him playing in one of his first hands after the break.
Tobias Garp started it all off with a 525 raise from early position. Carlomaria Fieri three-bet from the small blind making it 1,100 to play and Romanello called in the big blind, action back to Garp who made it a threesome going to the flop.
Flop:
Fieri liked the low-connected flop, and he bet 1,850. Romanello called but Garp folded.
Turn:
Fieri bet 2,800 this time and Romanello called.
River:
That was it folks, no more cards. Fieri bet 3,300 and Romanello went into the tank before eventually releasing his hand.
