Vojtech Ruzicka Eliminated in 16th Place (€23,000)

Vojtech Ruzicka - 16th place
Vojtech Ruzicka - 16th place

Vojtech Ruzicka raised to 47,000 under the gun, and Kimon Lehmann made the call out of position in the big blind. They checked through the {J-Clubs} {8-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} flop, and Lehmann checked again on the {3-Diamonds} turn. Now Ruzicka continued out with 102,000, and Lehmann made the call. The river came the {10-Spades}, and Lehmann check-called one last bet of 157,000.

At showdown, Ruzicka's {A-Diamonds} {9-Clubs} was an airball, and Lehmann's {A-Hearts} {J-Hearts} was good enough to take the pot. Ruzicka was left with about 260,000.

On the very next hand, Ruzicka got that remainder into the middle with {A-Spades} {7-Clubs}, and Guillem Cavaller ended up forcing everyone else out of the pot to look him up with {J-Clubs} {6-Clubs}. The board ran {6-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {9-Spades} {4-Clubs}, and Ruzicka has run out of checks.

With his exit, we've run out of Czechs, too. He was the last man standing from the host nation, and it'll be a foreigner stealing the EPT trophy in Prague tomorrow.
