Barbosa Gone
We've lost our only former European Poker Tour champion still remaining and that paves the way for a brand new champion to take this EPT title.
Joao Barbosa was that last former champion standing and he raised all in for his last 236,000 before being called by Steve O'Dwyer. Barbosa held the best of it with pocket fours, but needed to win a flip against the 
for O'Dwyer.
The flop paired O'Dwyer when the

didn't land any help from there on out for Barbosa and he was sent to the rail.
