Get Yer Double-Ups!

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

A pair of eleventh-hour double-ups here.

First, Juan Manuel Perez Cornejo got all in for 368,000 preflop holding {K-Spades} {K-Diamonds}, and Raul Mestre called him down with the inferior {3-Spades} {3-Diamonds} (but the far superior chip stack). The board came {J-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {7-Hearts} {A-Spades} {6-Hearts}, and Cornejo found his double. Don't worry too much about Mestre for now; he's still got 2.375 million.

Moments later at another table, Rumen Nanev once again got himself all in, this time for 191,000 with the ol' {J-Diamonds} {2-Hearts}. He was the first into the pot, shoving from the small blind, and big blind Xavier Carruggi made the quick call with {K-Hearts} {Q-Spades}. Nanev would find salvation again as the board ran {7-Diamonds} {3-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {5-Spades} {7-Spades}.

We're not going anywhere just yet.
