Rumblings From the Featured

Our fly on the wall over there at the featured table (EPT commentator James Hartigan) has brought us some news from the frontier. Vanessa Selbst was apparently mixed up in a big pot with Javier Contreras, and things did not go at all well for the Team PokerStars Pro. We don't have many details other than to tell you she's slipped all the way back to 200,000. Still, 30 big blinds would appear to be plenty of chips for her to work with right now as the field shrinks under 80 players remaining.

Contreras had 360,000 chips at the last break, so it's conceivable he could be up as high as 700,000 chips right now. We'll give him a good countdown once the players and production staff step away for the upcoming break.
