Morten Mortensen, who finalled the EPT at Snowfest, started today with a below average stack of around 35,000 but has now boosted himself to about 100,000. He had seen his 14,500 bet on the turn of a 
board check-raised to 31,000 by Domenico Spinelli. Mortensen made the call and then Spinelli intriguingly checked the 
river, Mortensen did not check back however and instead bet 29,000 which was quickly called by the Italian.
