EPT Berlin runner up Max Heinzelmann has taken a smallish hit and is back below his starting stack as a result. Dave "Doc" Sands meanwhile is up to double his starting stack.
We caught the hand on the turn, the board reading 
and three players still with cards. Filippo Mucci checked from under the gun and Heinzelmann bet 2,500. In the cutoff Dave Sands called, Mucci did too, and they all three continued to the river.
The river came down a nothing-y 
and this time it checked around to Sands. He bet 8,750, and it was enough to push both his opponents off the pot.
