and Mariano bet 185,000, Jacobson folded but Heinzelmann threw out the call.

came on the turn and Mariano now bet 250,000 before the German made it a huge 780,000 to play. Mariano thought briefly but folded and Heinzelmann is looking hard to beat on this outer table.
