Falling from a Great Heitmann

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 300 ante
Jan Heitmann
Jan Heitmann

There was perhaps 30,000 or 40,000 in the pot and a flop reading {6-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds} on the felt by the time we arrived at Jan Heitmann's table; the German Team PokerStars Pro had bet 25,000 and faced a shove for another 40,000 from Vegard Vestvik. Heitmann tanked up for some minutes, occasionally apologizing to the table for how long he was taking over his decision. Eventually he called, and he was soon ruing the decision as he dropped back below 90,000. Vestvik doubled to 160,000.

Heitmann: {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Vestvik: {q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

Turn: {10-Hearts}

River: {6-Spades}
