Erstwhile chip leader currently forced to settle for second place Kevin Vandersmissen made it 175,000 from the small blind and Giacomo Maisto called in the big to see a 
flop. Vandersmissen bet out 220,000 and again Maisto called, leading them to the 
turn. This time the bet from Vandersmissen was 425,000, and it finally proved too much for Maisto. He folded, and Vandersmissen took the pot.
