Manilo Iemina raised to 50,000 in the cutoff only for Philip Meulyzer to make it 126,000 from the button. Now over to Giacomo Maisto in the small blind who tanked... and tanked... and four-bet to 280,000. Within a second both Iemina and Meulyzer's cards were in the muck, and the pot went to Maisto.
