A bit of lady-on-lady action now as chess prodigy Almira Skripchenko took on journalist Estelle Denis in a sizeable pot. Denis, the wife of former French football manager Raymond Domenech, had fired out 2,350 on the turn of a 
board only for Skripchenko to raise to 6,000.
Sports journalist Denis made the call before leading out again for 6,000 on the 
river and Skripchenko made a fairly quick, crying call. Denis looked a little uncomfortable thinking that her 
probably wasn't good and indeed Skripchenko turned over 
to boost her own stack to 58,000.
