Short Stacks Go to War at the Big Stack Table
You really have to feel for Javed Abrahams and Johan Storakers. Although their stacks are in the grand scheme of things just kind of middling, they are two shortest stacks at their table - as we mentioned earlier, around three quarters of the chips in play are at their table making them rather less powerful than they might be were they seated at the other table. So no wonder that they're getting a little frustrated.
Just now it folded around to Abrahams in the small blind who took a 60,000 stab at the small pot. But Storakers in the big blind had other plans and went all in, prompting a quick fold and a bit of a scowl from Abrahams, who dropped to 400,000.
