End Of Day 2
After two long gruelling Day 1's, Day 2 with it's 75 minute levels has proved much shorter. Englishman Jonathan Weekes has propelled himself up the board to an astonishing 751,900 which has put him head and shoulders above the other 83 players that will go into Day 3 of this tournament.
The key hand for Weekes that put his ascent into overdrive is without a shadow of a doubt, the where his 5-bet all-in put Luca Pagano to the ultimate test and actually forced the Italian to pass Kings preflop in what would've been a 500,000+ pot.
Elsewhere Ivan Demidov's big win with a flush against Ville Wahlbeck's apparent straight has set the Russian in a real position to challenge for this event, while Team Pokerstars Pros Arnaud Mattern, Katja Thater and Vadim Markushevski have all made it through to Day 3.
Tomorrow the plan will be to play down to 24 players and with the bubble at 56, it could be a very interesting day. Full chip counts will follow shortly, we'll see you tomorrow at 12pm (GMT+2)
