Check-Raise-Fold for Juanda

David Vamplew min-raised, as he does almost every turn he gets with the button, and John Juanda called to see a 
flop. Juanda checked and Vamplew bet 340,000, around half the pot. To which Juanda responded by check-raising to 1 million.
Back to Vamplew who paused for a moment, before reraising to a little over 2 million - and an insta-fold later, Vamplew took the pot.
