Allan Bække (yes, we worked out how to stick the a and the e together!) raised it up to a slightly-more-than-minimum 65,000 and Johannes Strassmann called in the big blind. However, come the flop Strassmann checked and then folded to a 75,000 bet from Bække.

Second-shortest stack Lukas Baumann raised to 72,000, but in the big blind our third-shortest stack Alain Medesan made it 230,000 to go. Baumann passed, and Medesan took the pot.
Brent Wheeler opened to 76,000 in the cutoff and Allan Baekke re-raised to 210,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Wheeler passed as well, giving the first pot of the day to Allan Baekke.
