Lemore Chips for Lemaire
Alain Taieb opened to 33,000. Lemaire popped it to 80,000, making good use of the fancy new 20k chips introduced during the break. Taieb took his time making the call, leaving himself around 290,000.
Flop:
Taieb stacks his chips neatly and slides them forward, just up to but not quite over the line. He kept them there for a minute, cupping them in his hands like he was keeping them warm. But he tapped the table after quite a show. Action now on him, Lemaire asked for a count of Taieb's stack, got the answer, and swiftly checked.
Turn:
Taieb pulled the exact same act, sliding his chips forward, tanking, and checking. Another check behind from Lemaire.
River:
No all in fake out this time. Taieb threw 50,000 into the middle, and Lemaire called without any hesitation. Taieb showed for a rivered pair, but Lemaire's had been good since the flop. Lemaire was up to 720,000 after the hand, while Taeib was down to 240,000.
