John Tabatabai, down to 1,500 after the blinds went through him, minimum-raised from the button and got called by the also short-stacked big blind. The big blind checked the
flop and Tabatabai stuck his last 1,200 in, but the big blind couldn't quite do it and passed.Also not doing well are Steve Jelinek (4,000, and perhaps regretting the lengths he went to to get a seat), and Julian Thew -- up a little from his earlier 3,000, he's now on around 5,000 and remains cheerful.
On the other hand, the Milkybars may well be on Ben Grundy as he's just doubled up to around 18,000. It looks as though the chips went in on the flop or turn, although his opponent's hand is somewhat interesting.
