Barbosa Brutalized; Shlez New Chip Leader

EPT Warsaw winner Joao Barbosa open-shoved the cutoff and found a caller in big stack Vadim Shlez on the button. Barbosa already had a look of defeat in his eyes. Everyone else folded. Oh dear.

Barbosa: {2-Clubs} {2-Hearts}
Shlez: {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}

Board: {4-Hearts} {A-Hearts} {7-Spades} {4-Spades} {A-Spades}

"Wow, that's all?" said a very cheerful Shlez, admiring his quad aces. Barbosa had stood up and left as soon as Shlez had made the full house and we're not sure if he even saw the fourth ace.

With that, it looks as though Mr. Shlez who, according to his lady railer is from New York City, is our new chip leader, on around 400,000. His name and accent suggest some foreign extraction or other, though.
