Boekhoff Extracts Revenge Against Hachem

While it may have been a small pot, Thomas Boekhoff just got some of his chips back from Joe Hachem after calling the former world champ down to the river with middle pair. Boekhoff checked-called a Hachem bet on a {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} flop, and another when the {8-Spades} fell on the turn. The last card off the deck was the {9-Spades} and both players knuckled the table, opting to move straight to the showdown.

"Do I have to show first?" Boekhoff asked the dealer, who nodded, prompting Boekhoff to turn over {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for a single pair of tens. As it turned out, that was all he needed to win the 100,000+ pot, as Hachem mucked. Boekhoff now has right around 400,000 in chips.
