Hand #73: Luca Pagano New Chip Leader

The button is with Glen Chorny in Seat 7.

Luca Pagano announces a raise, making it 110,000 to go. Glen Chorny flat calls on the button, as does Isaac Baron from the small blind.

The flop comes {9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. Pagano makes a continuation bet of 210,000 which is quickly called by Chorny. Baron folds.

The turn brings a repeat {4-Spades} and Pagano fires another barrel worth 500,000. Chorny asks for a count of Pagano's stack and thinks for a long time before eventually calling once again as a huge pot develops.

The all-important river brings the {Q-Hearts}. Pagano bets only 400,000 on the river - a smaller amount than he bet on the turn. Chorny makes a quick call. Pagano flips {Q-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} which is too good for the {6-Hearts}{6-Spades} of Chorny.

After this hand Luca Pagano claims the chip lead with over four million chips!

Hand #72 - Glen Chorny / Isaac Baron

Maxime Villemure has the button in Seat 6. Glen Chorny raises to 95,000 from the small blind and Isaac Baron calls from the big blind. The flop is {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and both players check. The turn is the {3-Clubs} and both check again. The river is the {5-Clubs}. Check-check a third time. The straight on the board plays for both of them and they split the pot.

Hand #71: Maxime Villemure

The button is with Luca Pagano in Seat 3.

Maxime Villemure raises to 100,000 from the small blind and Glen Chorny calls from the big blind.

The flop is {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{J-Spades}. Villemure fires 125,000 and Chorny calls. The turn is a repeat {2-Spades} and both players check. The river is the {A-Hearts} and Villemure leads out with a bet of 225,000. Chorny quickly folds and Villemure collects the pot.

Hand #69: Luca Pagano

The button is with Denes Kalo in Seat 1.

Michael Martin completes from the small blind and Luca Pagano checks.

The flop is {A-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Martin checks to Pagano, who cuts out some chips ready to make a bet, but before they hit the middle Martin folds his hand to give Pagano the pot.

Hand #66 - Glen Chorny

Maxime Villemure has the button in Seat 6. He raises to 110,000, and Glen Chorny calls from the small blind. The flop is {A-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}. Chorny bets 125,000, Villemure folds and Chorny wins the pot.

Hand #64 - Michael Martin

Michael Martin has the button in Seat 2. Five players limp in--Glen Chorny, Isaac Baron, Michael Martin, Luca Pagano, and Maxime Villemure. The flop is {J-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. Pagano checks, Villemure checks, Chorny checks, Baron bets 100,000, Martin raises to 300,000, and Pagano, Villemure, and Chorny all fold before Baron gives it up. Martin wins the pot.
