After a player in early position raised to 8,000, Julian Diaz Ubeda three-bet to 24,000 in the small blind. Harcharan Dogra in the big blind then four-bet to 48,000 and the early-position player folded.
Ubeda, though, came back with a reraise to 100,000 and Dogra called. The flop came J♣J♥8♦ and Ubeda announced he was all in. Dogra snap-called for around 180,000.
Harcharan Dogra: Q♦Q♣
Julian Diaz Ubeda: A♥K♥
Dogra needed his queens to hold up as the turn came the 9♠, followed by the Q♥ river that gave him a full house, the massive pot, and a double up into the chip lead.
"He's going to be chip leader to start Day 2," tablemate Jordi Mataix said.
