Sujeta Ousts Ylamaki

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Mikko Ylamaki
Mikko Ylamaki

Tomas Sujeta opened from under the gun to 100,000 and Klaus Witte called from two seats over. Mikko Ylamaki jammed for 165,000 and both Sujeta and Witte called.

Sujeta and Witte both checked the {9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{j-Spades} flop and the {7-Diamonds} on the turn. Sujeta bet 125,000 after the {7-Hearts} paired the board on the river and Witte folded.

Ylamaki turned over {7-Clubs}{6-Spades} for trips but he was outkicked with Sujeta turning over {a-Hearts}{7-Spades}.

Lahtinen Outflips Ylamaki

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jari Lahtinen opened to 100,000 and called a three-bet jam for his remaining 700,000 in chips from Mikko Ylamaki.

Mikko Ylamaki: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}
Jari Lahtinen: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

Ylamaki took the lead in the hand after flopping two pair on the {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Hearts} flop. However, the {9-Clubs} came on the turn to give Lahtinen a set and Ylamaki didn't improve to a full house after the {7-Spades} came on the board.

Ylamaki was down to 60,000 in chips but has since rebuilt up to 300,000.

Eirik Lodoen
Eirik Lodoen

Very bad luck for Eirik Lodoen. Tomas Sujeta opened for 80,000 before Lodoen jammed for 755,000. Sujeta paused for a minute before he made the call.

Eirik Lodoen: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
Tomas Sujeta: {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Luck triumphed for Sujeta as he improved his hand to a flush as the {9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} ran out on the board. Lodoen exits in 15th place for €2,500. The remaining 14 players are each now guaranteed a payout of at least €3,000.

Semnami Dusted Off

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Hassein Semnami
Hassein Semnami

Hassein Semnami sat on his short stack for more than an orbit but it was down to just 125,000 with the blinds soon coming.

Semnami jammed his three big blind stack with {9-Spades}{8-Clubs} and was called by Klaus Witte with {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

The {3-Hearts}{4-Spades}{7-Clubs}{q-Spades}{5-Clubs} board didn't get Semnami a double and instead he hits the rail in 16th place.

Iglesias Doubles

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Steven Iglesias opened to 70,000 from under the gun. Hassein Semnami three-bet all-in for 700,000. Iglesias, who is legally blind and had about 500,000 behind, asked his card whisperer to check his cards and said: "I have you beat, I have to call."

Iglesias turned over {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and was well ahead of the {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} held by his opponent. Iglesias won the hand after the {6-Spades}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{3-Diamonds} ran out on the board and Semnami was left with just a few big blinds after the hand.

Melgalis Eliminates Tarmi

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Roope Tarmi
Roope Tarmi

Vegard Melgalis jammed his stack more than covering the 400,000 or so left in Roope Tarmi's stack with the {7-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} on the board and about 400,000 in the pot.

Tarmi tanked for a moment before he made the call. Melgalis turned over {a-Spades}{k-Spades} and Tarmi seemingly frustrated tabled his {10-Spades}{8-Spades}.

The action is down to just 16 players with the final table beginning when its down to the final nine.

Snowmen No Good for Jokinen

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Matti Jokinen
Matti Jokinen

Eirik Lodoen opened from under the gun to 65,000 before Matti Jokinen three-bet jammed from one seat over for 530,000.

Lodoen snap-called and turned over {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} and was dominating the {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} held by Jokinen.

The {5-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop provided some additional outs for a gutshot straight draw but that wasn't to come and Jokinen was eliminated in 18th place as the {5-Clubs} came on the turn followed by the {9-Hearts} on the river.
