The turn fell 
and the big blind bet 3,000. Martie put in a raise to 14,000 and the player on the button folded. The big blind went into the tank for over a minute before putting in the rest of his chips, totaling about 17,000. Martie called.

The big blind found his top two pair had run into Martie's flush and was in need of filling up in order to stay alive. The river came clean and Martie's flush held as the pot was sent her way.
