Aaron McEvoy opened to 4,500 and Bao Huynh moved all in for around 53,000, causing action to fold around.
When it got back to McEvoy, he quickly tossed in a call to put the shorter stack at risk.
Bao Huynh: 8♣8♦
Aaron McEvoy: 10♣10♥
Huynh would need some help to stay alive, and he sure got it on the A♠7♦4♦8♠9♥ runout as he made a set of eights on the turn. He was shipped the pot for the double while McEvoy was left shaking his head.

Tommy Zhang made it 11,000 to go preflop and found one customer in Richard Fink to go heads-up to a flop of 7♣6♣K♠.
Fink checked to Zhang, who continued for 8,500, and Fink called.
On the turn 6♠, Zhang fired again for 13,500 after a check from Fink, who quickly folded to his bet.

On a heads-up turn of J♣5♦8♥10♥, the pot had close to 50,000 in it when Damarjai Davenport checked over to Christian Vaca, who moved all in to cover Davenport.
Davenport thought about this situation for around 15 seconds before he tossed out the chips, putting himself at risk.
Demarji Davenport: 8♦9♦
Christian Vaca: K♥Q♥
Davenport was ahead with his pair of nines, but Vaca had a ton of outs with his straight and flush combo draw.
Sure enough, the river was the 7♥, which gave Davenport a straight, but also gave Vaca a flush to take the pot, which sent Davenport to the rail.
Davenport then quickly fired another bullet into the tournament and is now seated across the room with a fresh stack of 60,000.

After a raise to 15,000 from Gerardo Hernandez and a call from Karim Bevans, Peng Zheng moved all in for a little over 100,000.
Hernandez quickly called for less, and Bevans thought about it for a good bit before he decided to let it go.
Peng Zheng: A♣Q♥
Gerardo Hernandez: A♥A♦
Hernandez was in a great position to double up with his aces, but the runout was brutal as it came J♥6♣9♣5♣Q♣ to give Zheng a runner-runner flush to scoop the pot, eliminating Hernandez.

With Charles Dawson already all in preflop, Jerry Yen, Youn Noh, and Rory Bomer all went to a flop of 6♦3♠8♦.
Noh then led-jammed all in for a little over 100,000 and Bomer called, but then Yen shoved over the top for more, putting the pressure on Bomer.
"Of course, he just has it here..." Bomer began a long monologue with himself as he talked through the hand. "Maybe he has diamonds and we're purely flipping... Ugh, such a weird spot to be in... I wish I had less, then this would be much easier!"
After nearly two minutes of this, he finally set out his remaining 120,000 and the four hands were on their backs.
Charles Dawson: 9♦9♥
Youn Noh: 10♥10♣
Jerry Yen: 3♦3♣
Rory Bomer: J♥J♦
Yen was way in the lead with his set of threes, and the turn improved him to a full house, followed by a brick A♠ on the river to seal his victory. He was then pushed the massive pot worth over 700,000 while Dawson and Noh exited and Bomer was left on life support.
Bomer was left with less than a blind and did manage to spin it up by doubling a few hands in a row, but eventually ran king-ten into aces and was sent to the rail.
