It was a classic flip with both players having nearly identical stacks. The 9♥9♦6♦ flop was no help to Kamei, while Rodriguez's queens stayed in front through the 5♥ turn and 7♥ river to secure the pot.
The stacks were counted down and Kamei had 1,250,000 remaining. Rodriguez barely had him covered and Kamei was sent to the rail.
