Ramos Flops Two Pair, Gets No Action

Diego Ventura raised to 240,000 in the cutoff and Murilo Milhomem called in the small blind, while Dennys Ramos defended A♥5♣.

Ramos hit two pair on the A♠8♦5♦ flop as action was checked around. The turn was the 2♥ and Ramos bet 525,000.

Ventura quickly folded 10♣9♥, while Milhomem got rid of 7♠7♥ as Ramos took the pot.

Paulo Goncalves opened to 275,000 in the hijack and Rafael Mota jammed all in for 1,400,000 out of the big blind. Goncalves quickly called and saw the bad news as he was drawing to just a single out with one ten already in the muck.

The flop came Q♣5♠5♣ and Mota flopped a full house which left Goncalves drawing dead. Despite hitting the 10♠ on the turn, it was the 8♦ on the river that secured the double up for Mota.

Marcos Kenne raised to 250,000 in middle position and Diego Ventura called in the cutoff. Paulo Goncalves then three-bet to 1,000,000 on the button and only Kenne called.

The flop came 6♠5♣4♥ and Goncalves bet 400,000. Kenne called to the J♦ turn, where Goncalves bet another 925,000.

Kenne again called and the 7♠ fell on the river. Goncalves then bet 1,700,000. Kenne went deep into the tank, using several time banks until he folded J♥10♥. He then used a rabbit hunt card and Goncalves showed him K♠K♥.

Breno Drumond opened to 240,000 in middle position with K♠K♥ and Marcos Kenne three-bet to 750,000 in the cutoff with J♥8♥. The action folded back to Drumond who ripped all in for 1,900,000 and Kenne was forced to lay his hand down.

On the next hand, Blas Torres raised to 250,000 in middle position with K♥K♦ and Murilo Milhomem defended from the big blind with A♣10♥.

The flop fell 10♣9♣2♠ and Milhomem checked to Torres who continued with a bet of 275,000. Milhomem just called with top pair and the K♣ rolled off on the turn.

Milhomem checked again and Torres announced a bet of 875,000 with top set. Milhomem still called with the nut flush draw working and the 5♣ completed that flush. Milhomem checked for the third time and Torres checked it back only to see the bad news.
