Engel was in a coin flip situation for his tournament life and slightly ahead. He pulled further ahead on the flop but the turn changed his fortunes, leaving him in need of hitting a Bryan Piccioli miracle in order to stay alive. Unfortunately for him, the river was of no avail and he was eliminated in 20th place to bring the tournament to the direct money bubble.
