There was a big turnout for the 2019 Borgata Fall Poker Open Event #21: Big Wednesday NLH with 356 entries creating a prize pool of over $89,000.
There were just five players remaining in the late night hours in the Signature Room. The stacks were getting shallow and they began to discuss an adjusted payout deal.
The stacks were counted down and the players struck a deal and shook hands to end the tournament.
Tom Coan, who was the chip leader at the time of the deal, took first place earning $14,961 for his efforts.
Carlos Figueroa-Fernandez finished as the second-place finisher earning $11,551 and Ramy Giurguis took home $10,492 and his second Borgata Poker Open trophy.

Ryan Dodd and Tom Coan went heads up to the flop and Coan checked. Dodd tossed out a bet of 100,000 and Coan check-raised to 275,000.
Coan moved all in and Dodd quickly called for his last 1,400,000.

The turn and river were no help to Dodd and he was eliminated in sixth place earning $4,354 for his efforts.
