After storming out of the gate to become the chip leader of the Borgata Winter Poker Open's first event, Allard Broedelet was dismayed to learn that the tournament he was in charge of had been suspended.

Despite suffering one of the worst bad beats the poker world has ever been witness to, and missing out at a shot to take home more than $372,000, Broedelet decided to jump back into the fray here tonight. He currently sits with about 75,000 chips, good for more than 100 bigs at the moment, but after the experience he endured earlier in the week, he may want to make sure each one checks out.
