Glantz Gives it Up

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

The board read {4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} when we caught Matt Glantz contesting a heads-up pot from the small blind position.

The longtime pro fired out a bet of 1,200 and his opponent studied for a moment before raising to 3,500. Glantz came along with a smooth call and the river came down {5-Spades}. He tapped the table, only to see his opponent flick out a bet of 15,000, which was right around a pot-sized bet.

The pressure play worked its magic and Glants released, living to fight another day in this extremely deep structure.
