Action folded all the way around to Roger LaCharite in the small blind, who raised to 600. Thomas Elder called from the big blind and the flop was {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}.

LaCharite bet 600 on the flop and Elder called quickly. The turn was {7-Hearts}.

LaCharite checked the turn and Elder fired 1,300. Lacharite tossed it into the muck without much hesitation and Elder dragged another pot.
