The annual 2024 $365 Bar Poker Open Championship begins today at 10 a.m. This exclusive, invite-only event will see players in leagues from all around the country make their way to The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas with dreams of becoming the new Bar Poker Open Champion. This will be the ninth summer that it is held at this location. A first place prize of $100,000 is guaranteed with the total payout purse landing somewhere around $400,000. Only players who have qualified through their local leagues will be able to play this event.

Last year it was Edward Holt who ended up coming out as the victor, beating Ryan Surdi heads up. Holt collected $80,000 for his first-place efforts and time will tell who fills those big shoes.
