Mark Lasarow Eliminated in 13th Place ($1,538)

Down to only 6,500 in chips, Mark Lasarow raised pre-flop and Jamie Pickering re-raised, setting Lasarow all in. He made the call for his last 2,500.

Lasarow {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Pickering {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

There was a ten in the door as the dealer fanned out the {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop, making Pickering a full house and leaving Lasarow drawing only to running sevens. The {2-Diamonds} sealed Lasarow's fate and he headed to the rail in 13th place.

Joe Cabret Doubles Through Simon Morris

The last of Joe Cabret's chips went in on the turn with the board reading {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and his opponent, Simon Morris, made the call. Morris turned up A-K for top pair, top kicker, but Cabret flopped two pair with A-Q. The river blanked out and Cabret doubled up to 25,000.

Final Table Tonight?

Danny McDonagh mentioned that they will start the final table tonight instead of stopping play at 9 players and returning tomorrow at 4pm. Since the action has progressed faster than expected, they will play a portion of the final table becaue several of the remaining players would also like to play in tomorrow's NL rebuy event.

He floated the idea of stopping at five players and resuming tomorrow. There is also a remote possibility that they will play the entire final table tonight. At this point, no official decision has been made. Stay tuned for more details.
