A few hands later Dag Martin Mikkelsen made a similar play. John Juanda three-bet pre-flop to 2,500 and Mikkelsen simply shoved enough to put Juanda to a decision for all of his chips. This strategy of shoving pre-flop against professionals is discussed in Lee Nelson's much hyped book "Kill Phil" (and also his new book "Kill Everyone"). Perhaps on this table "Kill John" would be more appropriate as Juanda was forced to fold once again.

A third spade fell on the turn and this time it was Jedlicka who led the betting, firing a 6,500 bullet. Moran raised it up to 13,000 and when the action returned to Niki, he moved all in. Moran made the call and turned over the

A monster pot was brewing as the flop came
