Jimmy Sachinidis in dispute with Tournament Directors

With the final table of the Event 4 $1150 NLHE Re-buy on a short break, Jimmy Sachinidis comes over to try and play a few hands in this event but is told by a tournament supervisor that he is not allowed to play 2 tournaments at the same time.

Jimmy says that he was told earlier that he would be allowed to otherwise he would not have spent $16000 in tournament fees and re-buys.

Tournament Director Danny McDonagh is called over and after a discussion, Danny allows Jimmy to play a few hands whilst waiting for the final table to start up again due to the miscommunication between another tournament supervisor and Jimmy. Danny stays by the table to watch Jimmy play his hands in order to protect the integrity of the game.

The reason players are not allowed to play 2 tournaments at once is so that the game's integrity is protected as the tournament chips being used are the same.

Tony G pushes Andrew Black out of a hand

With the flop showing {J-Spades} {8-Clubs} {7-Hearts}, Tony G pushes all-in from the BB for $12600 and after thinking for awhile, Andrew Black on the button lays down his hand.

Tony G laughs and says, "Yes!" before turning over 3 cards face up: 7-6-3. The dealer mistakenly opens the 4th card upon Andrew's request and Tony asks the dealer what he's doing. A tournament supervisor comes over and apologises to Tony for the dealer's mistake. Ruling is that if there is no showdown, a player can choose to show any number of his cards without having to show all. The 4th card happened to be a 5.

Tony G now has $30000 in chips.

Steve Zolotow out in 15th place!

After recovering from a crippling blow dealt by Mark Vos, Zolotow {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{K-Clubs}{4-Clubs} decided to put it all in on a gutshot straight draw and was quickly called by Kristy Gaze {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{K-Spades}{7-Spades} holding two pair with the nut flush draw.

The flop {8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

The turn {10-Spades} gave Zolotow the nut straight but the river {6-Hearts} gave Gaze the nuts.
