Artur Koren opened for 40,000 under the gun and called a three-bet to 135,000 from big blind Toby Lewis. The flop came 
and Lewis checked. Koren bet 105,000 and Lewis called. On the 
turn, Lewis checked again. Koren told the dealer he was all in. It was enough to put Lewis at risk for about 550,000. He tanked about two minutes and folded.
"Could have had queens," Koren said with a smile as they discussed the hand afterward.
