The Shak Check

Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante
Dan Shak
Dan Shak

On a five-handed Table 33, Dan Shak was first to act and raised to 1,100. His neighbor Stefan Schillhabel called and so did big blind Mikita Badziakouski.

The flop came {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Badziakouski checked. Shak bet 1,500 into the pot and just Schillhabel called as Badziakouski folded.

The {6-Clubs} turn saw Shak check. Schillhabel, who's last recorded cash is his win in the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star in March last year for $1,298,000, bet 1,500. Shak was quick to call.

Both checked the {9-Diamonds} on the river and Shak showed a winner with {A-Clubs}{J-Spades} as Schillhabel mucked.
