Habib Doubles, But Can't Watch

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

On the button, a short stacked Mikel Habb was all in for 64,000. Andrew Michael called from the big blind with the {K-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, and Habb turned up his {A-Hearts}{4-Clubs} before he walked some 20 or 30 feet away from the table.

Habb was pacing back on forth with his hands on his hips as the dealer dealt the {8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop. He didn't seem too worried about how the board was running out, likely figuring he'd know the result one way or another by the reaction of those watching. One of Habb's friends, who was playing a cash game at another table in the room, had run over to the rail and was sweating the all-in situation hard.

The turn was the {5-Diamonds}, and the river was the {7-Spades}.

"Yeah!" yelled Habb's railbird. "You doubled, mate!"

Habib began to make his way back to the table. As he did so, he slapped his hands together loudly and yelled, "C'mon!"

Michael was left with 265,000 in chips.
