Quoss Wrong Against Wang

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Michael Wang, who won his first bracelet this summer in the $5,000 freeze-out ($466,120), raised it up from early position. Fabian Quoss made the call from the small blind.

Quoss check called a bet of 11,500 on {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and check called another 25,000 on the {9-Hearts} turn.

The river came the {2-Clubs} and Quoss checked for the third time. Wang asked to see how much Quoss had behind (174,000) and bet 57,500. He stared down while Quoss tried to make up his mind.

Quoss cut out calling chips, and eventually placed them in the middle after about 3 minutes in the tank. He wouldn't get those chips anytime soon as Wang tabled {6-Clubs}{6-Spades} for the flopped set and turned full house. Quoss mucked.
