Esfandiari's Roller Coaster Ends

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

First it was German pro Niklas Heinecker who doubled through Antonio Esfandiari and just now it was another German pro in Ole Schemion who took care of "The Magician".

The flop read {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{J-Clubs} when Esfandiari check-called a bet from Schemion. The turn brought the {9-Spades} and this is when the big fireworks went off. Esfandiari put out a bet, Schemion raised to 28,000 and the former came back over the top to 75,000 with approximately 15,000 left behind. Schemion proceeded to move all in and Esfandiari made the call.

Schemion: {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}
Esfandiari: {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

Esfandiari was looking for a ten, and only a ten, to survive but the river brought the {3-Clubs}. Schemion is the new chip leader while Esfandiari quickly left the tournament area.
