Level 16
: 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante
To say Jan Collado is on a heater would be an understatement. That fact was evidenced by a hand that just played out between him and Paul O'Brien.
We're not sure of the betting, but we do know that O'Brien got his stack of 210,000 all in preflop holding and was dominating the of Collado. Like we said, the young German is running hot and continued to do so as the flop came down with a queen in the window... . The table reacted in disbelief while O'Brien was clearly stunned.
The turn gave O'Brien some added outs as a king would make him a straight, but it wasn't in the cards as the peeled off. O'Brien left the tournament floor in a bit of a daze while Collado was all smile as he chipped up to 1 million.
