Tran Flops a Full House but Gets Counterfeited

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Kenny Tran (Day 1b) - Eliminated
Kenny Tran (Day 1b) - Eliminated

"Sick-Call" Kenny Tran just suffered a sick bad beat when he flopped a full house and still lost.

We caught the action on a {K-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{K-Spades} flop when Tran got his remaining 26,500 all in holding the {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} and was well ahead of his opponent's {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}. Tran was primed for a double, and the {Q-Hearts} turn meant all he had to do was dodge an ace, king and queen to do just that. Unfortunately for him, and much to the shock of the entire table, the {Q-Diamonds} spiked on the river to give his opponent a bigger full house.

Tran seemed stunned for a moment but quickly collected himself, shook hands with his vanquisher, and then exited the 2013 Aussie Millions Main Event.
