Moorman Stone-Cold Bluffed
Level 10
: 600/1,200, 200 ante
Chris Moorman just got taught a poker lesson by Nino Morotta, and that’s a problem when you’re a big name; players take shots at you for the fame.
Moorman opened from UTG and was called by Morotta and the big blind. The flop fell and Moorman continued for 5,100. Morotta raised to 11,200 which was enough to force out the big blind, but not Moorman who three-bet to 21,500. Call.
The turn came a dangerous looking and Moorman thought about what to do before leading for 21,200. Moratta moved all-in for about 50,000 and Moorman snap-folded only to be shown for a bluff. Moments after Morotta slammed his bluff cards down onto the felt he was off to look for friends in the cash games to tell his story to.
