Hand #42: With a dead button, Randy Dorfman opened to 60,000 from under the gun and collected the blinds and antes.
Hand #43: Jeff Rossiter made it 80,000 from the small blind and Randy Dorfman made the call from the big to see a 
flop fall and Rossiter lead for 115,000. Dorfman smoothed as the 
landed on the turn and Rossiter checked.
Dorfman paused for a few moments before sliding in a 325,000-chip bet to force a quick fold from Rossiter.
