Feldman's Kings Go Down

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

"Did you see that?" asked Andrew Feldman to our reporter. "The kings versus sevens?"

What had happened was Feldman three-bet with a pair of kings and his opponent called the three-bet after opening with a pair of sevens. The flop came seven high and Feldman lost a good chunk of his chips to drop back to 17,000 in chips. After the hand, the player with the set of sevens asked to see Feldman's hand.

Five-High No Good for Quoss

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

Fabian Quoss opened to 550 under the gun with only Scott Montgomery making the call from the big blind.

Quoss fired out a 1,200-chip continuation-bet on the {4-Hearts}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop with Montgomery check-calling as the {7-Clubs} and {4-Spades} on the turn saw both players check it through.

"You win!" announced Quoss as he tabled his {5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} before Montgomery tabled his {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} to move to 16,500 in chips. Quoss took a small slip to 23,000 and change.
