Andy Bloch raised from under the gun and received two callers in Eli Elezra and Justin Smith in the small blind.

Smith then check-raised and Elezra and Bloch would both come along to see the 
roll off on the turn.
This time Smith led out and Bloch called while Elezra got out of the way.
The 
on the river saw Smith again lead out and Bloch would make the call.
